Since our courses include digital content (PDF materials and pre-recorded/live video sessions), our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting the intellectual property of our content.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By enrolling in any course, you agree to the terms outlined below.
You are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Course materials (PDF/Video) have been delivered via WhatsApp or email
- Student has accessed the online course content or attended any live session
- Request is made after 48 hours of delivery without valid reason
- Student fails to attend scheduled live sessions without prior notice
- Dissatisfaction due to personal reasons unrelated to course quality
- Student has violated our Terms & Conditions (e.g., sharing course materials)
Note: As our courses consist of digital content, once the materials are shared, they cannot be “returned.” Therefore, refunds are not applicable after content delivery.
If you wish to cancel your enrollment:
- Before material delivery: Contact us within 24 hours of payment. Full refund will be processed if materials have not been sent yet.
- After material delivery: Cancellation is not eligible for a refund as digital content has been delivered.
- Live session cancellation: If you are unable to attend a live session, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance for rescheduling. No refund will be issued for missed sessions.
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
All approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used at the time of enrollment via Razorpay.
- UPI payments: Refunded to the same UPI ID β 3β5 business days
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the same card β 5β7 business days
- Net Banking: Refunded to the same bank account β 5β7 business days
- Wallets: Refunded to the same wallet β 2β3 business days
Bank processing times are beyond our control. If you don’t receive the refund within the stated period, please check with your bank or contact us.
If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may raise a concern by contacting us at +91 88899 35635. We will do our best to resolve any dispute fairly and promptly.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, India.
