These terms apply to all students, visitors, and users of our website and services.

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your enrolled course materials (PDF, Video, or Live Sessions) as described in the course details.

• Course access is granted for individual use only — sharing login credentials or course materials is strictly prohibited
• Digital course materials (PDF/Video) will be delivered via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of payment confirmation
• Live sessions (if applicable) will be scheduled and communicated via WhatsApp
• Course content is subject to updates and improvements without prior notice

All course fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

• Full payment is required at the time of enrollment
• We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets via Razorpay
• Payment confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp/email
• In case of payment failure, please contact us before attempting another payment

All course content including videos, PDFs, assessments, reports, and study materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Dynamic Fast Mind Institute.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell any course material
• Recording of live sessions is strictly prohibited without written permission
• Sharing course materials on social media or any platform is not allowed
• Violation of intellectual property rights may result in legal action

All students are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior during all interactions with our institute, instructors, and fellow students.

• Disruptive, abusive, or offensive behavior will result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund
• Students must attend scheduled sessions punctually
• Feedback and queries should be shared through official channels (WhatsApp/call)

Dynamic Fast Mind Institute provides skill development and career counselling courses for educational purposes. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, job placements, or career results.

• Results vary based on individual effort, dedication, and application of skills learned
• We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from course participation
• Career assessment and SWOT reports are advisory in nature and not legally binding

We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel courses under unforeseen circumstances.

• In case of cancellation by us, a full refund will be provided
• Rescheduling of live sessions will be communicated with at least 24 hours’ notice
• We reserve the right to update course content to keep it current and relevant

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.

We encourage resolution of any disputes through direct communication before resorting to legal proceedings.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
